TONY PORCHERON (CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER)
Over 25 years of senior leadership experience in the financial services industry, with a strong track record in deal origination, buy-side and sell-side institutional sales, capital markets, and strategic advisory. He has participated in, financed, and advised more than 25 publicly listed companies across North America and Asia.
He has held CEO, CFO, and senior executive roles across financial services, healthcare, technology, and industrial sectors in North America, Europe, and Asia. His experience spans corporate transformation, financial system integration, corporate governance implementation, and the execution of complex mergers and acquisitions involving private, public, and state-owned enterprises.
He has also served in senior management within a multi-family office and previously held securities and insurance licenses in both the United States and Canada. In addition, he has served on the board of a major North American venture capital firm, contributing to investment strategy and portfolio oversight.

RICHARD ORAVEC (CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER)
Richard is a highly experienced and well-connected securities industry professional with over 15 years of experience advising U.S. and international companies on successfully listing on U.S. public exchanges. He began his career as a Broker and Financial Advisor at UBS, where he developed a strong foundation in capital markets, and has since built a distinguished track record working with small- to mid-cap companies across private equity, investment banking, and financial services.
His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), direct public offerings, reverse and shell mergers, crowdfunding, corporate branding, SEC Rule 15c2-11 (15c-211) filings, and transfer agency services. He is recognized for his ability to navigate complex transactions and regulatory frameworks while delivering strategic growth solutions.
Richard also brings significant international experience, having lived in Eastern Europe for nearly a decade, including in the former Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic. He maintains strong family and business relationships throughout the region, further strengthening his global network and cross-border insight.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Boston University and an MBA in Finance from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business in New York City.
Job Ng (VP Asian Operations)
Job is an accomplished senior management professional and strategic consultant with over 25 years of leadership experience across multinational corporations and publicly listed companies in Malaysia and international markets. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Laurentian University and an MBA in International Trade from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
He is the founder of a strategic management consultancy dedicated to enhancing performance and accelerating growth for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). His areas of expertise include strategic brand management, supply chain management, and business process re-engineering, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
With extensive international exposure across Asia and North America, Job has successfully advised and supported a diverse range of SMEs, helping them scale effectively and compete in complex, fast-changing markets.

Zarko Buzuk (Director of Research & Analysis Management)
A highly experienced portfolio management professional with over 30 years of experience in Eastern Europe, he is widely recognized for his leadership and investment expertise. He previously served as Head of Portfolio Management at OTP Invest Croatia, a wholly owned subsidiary of OTP Bank, the region’s largest independent financial services group.
He possesses deep expertise in quantitative and fundamental equity strategies, as well as multi-asset research, and has successfully led large portfolio management and trading teams. His career includes extensive engagement with regulatory authorities across multiple jurisdictions, demonstrating strong governance and compliance capabilities.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Sarajevo.
Nick Jacobs (VP Trading and Special Projects)
Nicolas Jacobs is an experienced financial markets professional with over 20 years of expertise in trading, investment strategy, and risk management. He has a proven track record of delivering strong results through strategic insight, disciplined risk mitigation, and innovative capital deployment across complex and volatile market environments.
He began his career in credit analysis and relationship management at CoBank, Colorado’s largest financial institution, where he assessed high-value loan portfolios, evaluated corporate creditworthiness, and supported the expansion of commercial lending relationships. This foundation in credit and client management led to his transition into institutional trading environments.
Nicolas specializes in derivatives markets, particularly options and futures, with extensive experience structuring hedging strategies to manage exposure to currency and interest rate fluctuations. He also has deep knowledge of market microstructure, including order flow dynamics, liquidity provision, and high-frequency trading systems, positioning him as a trusted advisor to institutional clients.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business.
LJILJANA GRUDENIC (MARKET COMMUNICATION DIRECTOR)
Ljiljana Grudenic is an experienced Market Communication Director with over five years of expertise in developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that enhance brand reputation, market visibility, and customer engagement.
She leads both internal and external communication efforts, including marketing campaigns, public relations, digital media strategy, and corporate branding. Working closely with marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams, she ensures consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
Her core responsibilities include designing communication strategies, managing media and stakeholder relations, guiding advertising and promotional direction, and analyzing market trends to support business growth. She also oversees creative teams, manages budgets, and evaluates campaign performance to ensure maximum effectiveness.
